Teampall Fiachna lies in ruins, but remains an important pilgrimage site. It includes a holy well and the Cloth na Bhfaithni (The Stone of Warts), which is thought to cure warts. It's also known as the "Rolls of Butter." According to legendary tradition, a local woman stole milk from a neighbour's cow and was making butter when St Fiachna came upon her. The saint became enraged and petrified her butter rolls, churn top, and dasher, all of which can be viewed at the site.
