This 197-room hotel features 29 penthouse residences in a 23-storied tower made for the rich and the famous. Located in the 'Venice of America', it offers guests access to both the beach on the Atlantic Ocean and the numerous navigable waterways of the Intracoastal. The place features not only a gourmet restaurant and outdoor oceanfront cafe/bar/lounge, but also a 20,000 square foot, two-storey European-style spa with private outdoor treatment facilities, and a grand ballroom overlooking the ocean. The resort is set to open on 1 September, 2005.
