The recently refurbished and centrally located Hotel Gimmond has a definitely European air from the beige exterior and faux gas lights above the entrance to the wood-paneled reception. All the neatly furnished Western style rooms come with bath and color TV. Hotel Gimmond has a new European restaurant as well as a cafe cum bar for tea and cakes or something stronger.
