Very close to Monastir Airport (2 minutes in bus). You do get ripped off a little with transfer costs, but we heard if you get a local taxi you also have to pay through the nose. This is my 3rd visit to Tunisia and I have to say the hotel is the best quality I have ever stayed in in this country, (you have to bear in mind this is Tunisia however). Hotel staff were pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel does cater more for non UK travellers (German, Polish, Russian and Czech). Food was cosmopolitan with nothing specifically aimed at the UK palate. However our group had 2 very fussy eaters and we managed OK. Pool, Spa and Beach were very good. Evening entertainment, either you take it or leave it. I have to say for a 2 week all inclusive for for circa. £450 each you could not go wrong. P.S. It was very quiet mid October so can't say waht it would be like in peak season.
24 Oct 2007 | A Yahoo! UserFood not catered for the British and what is on offer is of avery poor quality. Drinks given in small plastic cups and bar staff have the attitude that they are giving you them free when you have paid for them as part of your all inclusive. Snack bar open from 2-5pm not a snack bar like at other all inclusives we have been to they serve lunch times leftovers. Can't get a sunbed unless you get up at 6am and put towels out, which the Germans did and then never actually used the sunbeds till around 11am. Don't be put off Tunisia the weather is unbeatable just don't stay at this hotel.
